Message from the Chairman & CEO

The QBit Semiconductor team has spent nearly three decades in intelligent imaging and precision motion control, building deep expertise in tightly integrated digital, analog, and optoelectronic technologies. Building on this strong foundation, we are currently integrating post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and AI‑driven applications into our designs to further strengthen our technology moat and deliver safer, smarter SOC solutions for our customers.

We have built a highly flexible Unified Software Platform that seamlessly supports a complete SOC product family across high‑, mid‑, and entry‑level segments. This not only helps customers significantly reduce development effort, but also greatly improves program efficiency and accelerates time‑to‑market, enabling them to capture opportunities ahead of the competition.

In the near term, QBit is committed to further strengthening our position as the leading SOC supplier in the global printing and imaging markets, while maximizing the value of our cash‑cow product lines, including medical printers, photo printers, barcode printers, scanners, industrial printers, laser and inkjet MFPs, as well as specialized devices such as voting and lottery machines.

At the same time, QBit will actively expand into ASIC design, security chips, and IP services to broaden our product and customer portfolio, while strategically entering emerging application markets such as drones, robotics, kiosk systems, and industrial automation—bringing secure, intelligent edge computing capabilities to an ever wider range of devices.
