QBit Upgrades Board of Directors: Welcoming TSMC and Qualcomm Industry Leaders to Deepen Governance and Path toward IPO
July 13,2026
To strengthen our corporate governance and expand our Board's capabilities, we held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on July 10, successfully electing our new Board of Directors.
Our new Board is built around three core pillars: Global Strategy, Advanced Technology, and Robust Internal Controls. Along with the re-election of CEO Simon Shen and CMO Jesica Pan, we have invited senior technical and marketing experts from TSMC and Qualcomm, alongside financial and legal professionals, to join us. This new lineup will continue to elevate our governance standards, implement rigorous internal controls, and drive the long-term growth of our SoC and ASIC businesses.
Strengthening Governance with Semiconductor and Capital Market Experts
Our newly appointed independent directors bring deep expertise in semiconductor operations and capital market governance:
Global Strategic Directors to Drive International Expansion and Capital Markets
We have also added key board members to accelerate our global market expansion and connect with international capital markets:
Executing Our Strategy: Advanced Processes and Post-Quantum Security in Place
Our recent business momentum is robust. We strategically acquired SinChip Technology in Singapore to secure our foothold in advanced semiconductor processes. In addition, our new QB7 series SoC, has officially passed rigorous testing by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), successfully bringing Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) technology to the market.
With our new Board of Directors now fully active, we will continue to leverage our combined technical and managerial strengths as we steadily move forward with our planned IPO application in the fourth quarter of 2026.
